Read the book and if you have a sleeping disorder seek
professional help. I sought help. Since then I have been using a mask and CPAP machine for 2 weeks and have noticed significant differences in
my energy level during the day. I do not want to take a quick nap during the afternoon! Do you sometimes nod off while waiting for the stop light to change? Thats not good. Read the book and then get help…..Stats say that worldwide 1 out of 20 have some sort of sleep disorder….
